The hotel is conveniently located near Bellcourt Plaza, just a few minutes' walk from the main road and the metro station. The rooms are acceptable but on the smaller side, although being air-conditioned was a bonus due to the presence of mosquitoes. The service was pleasant and helpful overall, though not all staff members were equally friendly. The dining options were limited and considered overpriced. However, the location is excellent, close to public transportation, shops, and restaurants, despite some nearby construction noise.

The hotel's location is superb, within walking distance to the old city and main square in Lyon, and convenient for public transportation. Despite some noise issues near the breakfast area and elevator, the rooms are surprisingly spacious for European standards and generally clean, though slightly outdated. The staff provided excellent service, assisting with various needs and speaking English when required. The dining options, while adequate, could be more diverse to accommodate different dietary preferences. The property offers good value for the price paid, considering its prime location.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The location is excellent, easily accessible by metro, and I enjoyed walking around Old Lyon. The staff was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to help me with city orientation, dinner reservations, and arranging a cab. The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, catering to various preferences; however, more options for vegans and children would be appreciated.

The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were a good size and had very effective air conditioning, creating a quiet atmosphere overall. Unfortunately, the room we stayed in was very dated and located in the old part of the hotel, featuring bunk beds, black panel carpets, and a damp, old smell. However, it was equipped with three beds. Although the room had some downsides like smelly rugs, worn-out towels, poor lighting, and amenities, there was a notable price advantage.
